To Influence Laws, Regulations and Policy. 

Actions that are most directly to result in appropriate laws and regulations to reduce greenhouse gases, and mitigate impacts on climate, ocean acidification, and sea level rise are ultimately the most important to undertake.  To be effective, however, they must be built upon facts and science, objective analysis and information and experienced public involvement. 

This Take Action calendar includes actions and activities that are most closely connected with enacting the appropriate laws and regulations, innovation and support of clean energy technology, and influencing elected officials to do the right thing, through such events as hearings, comment periods, rallies, marches, and lobbying opportunities.
